**Description**:
As the Franchise Operations Support you will primarily support the National Operations Manager and Franchisees in all aspects of Franchise Operations.

**Key responsibilities of the role**:

- Supporting the business goals of all franchisees by providing support and guidance where required

Proactively analyse each Franchisee’s business, formulating and implementing plans and strategies for growth
Develop training modules to roll out to Franchise network
Ensure Operations files and folders are kept up to date on SharePoint. In addition to this any material that is out of date must be archived accordingly.
Co-ordinate regional franchise meetings across all states, twice a year (Mar/Oct)
Assisting the MDs EA with coordinating the annual conference
Participation in Conference and Regional Franchise Meetings, setting objectives and outcomes for the meetings
Conduct analysis of benchmarking results and communicate with Stores to ensure optimal operating effectiveness and profitability
Work with Franchise Owners to maintain and enhance the customer service experience within Stores to ensure a customer service focus and culture is promoted
Review and respond to all new Franchise recruitment enquiries
Ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are communicated and understood by Franchisees
- Establish long term relationships and credibility with Franchisees and external suppliers
- Reviewing financial statements, sales, benchmark reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and to provide franchisees with strategies for improvement

Conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of Franchisee financial performance
Monitoring and co-ordinating Franchisee compliance requirements in line with company policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting issues detrimental to Franchisee success
- Promote the values and strategic direction of business to all stakeholders

**Skills and Experiences**:
Experience in a similar role with demonstrated success
Previous experience in supporting retail operations
Strong communication skills, aligned with a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Strong financial and numeracy skills
A drive to succeed and grow our business
Flexibility to prioritise/change tasks & duties based on the needs of the business.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
