**The Company**

Our client has built a quality reputation with their extraordinary service and turnkey approach to enhancing the fitness arena. The team seeks to appoint a natural relationship builder with franchisee acquisition experience.

**The Role**

**What are we looking for**
- A naturally engaging relationship builder with experience acquiring new franchisees, ideally in the fitness industry
- Draw deep on your ability to analyse the potential performance of new fitness spaces/studios, formulating a meaningful and comprehensive plan for prospective franchisees
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication, and research skills for analysing market differences and identifying new franchisees
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Creative, tenacious, self-motivated and determined personality
- A focus on achieving and exceeding set targets for financial reward
- Inquisitive nature with a skill for active listening
- Be accurate and consistent with the administration

Above all, you will have the talent, confidence, and enthusiasm to successfully contribute to achieving the company’s franchisee acquisition and network growth objectives.
