**About the Job**:
Business is growing A new position has arisen with this leading International Food Franchiser that has an existing high profile footprint in Australia. Acting as a key link between the executive and operation teams, this role will also see you as the point of contact for suppliers, vendors and external stakeholder.

You will actively monitor the effectiveness of surveillance programs, prepare action reports, communicate outcomes and objectives on a regular basis. Working as part of a managerial team, you will report to the General Manager and ensure consistency in the delivery of reporting and operational standard.

**About You**:
The role will suit a driven Operational with a sound understanding of QSR or Sushi Retail operations. You will have experience with the roll-out of business initiatives and thrive on generating and encouraging the success of others and the business. A background in franchise operations will be highly advantageous, as will the ability to liaise with and work side by side with the teams.
- Full working rights in Australia: Citizenship or Permanent Residency only
- **Knowledge of QSR operations, preferably Sushi product**:

- Strong business acumen and organisation skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- For this role, you will need your own transport
