Working as part of a key team within RAMS, the Franchise Operations Team are primarily responsible for the timely and seamless on-boarding and off-boarding of all franchise network staff together with actioning a variety of enquiries from both the network and RAMS teams who support the network on a daily basis.

Reporting to the Senior Franchise Operations Manager - Best Practice & Change, t his role ensures the objectives in all key areas enhancing productivity, quality, and is responsible for providing an array of key performance and reporting metrics.

Responsibilities include:

- On boarding and off boarding of franchisee network staff
- Accurate and timely accreditation activities including but not limited to:

- Set up, on-boarding and accreditation of franchisees and their staff
- Termination and deactivation of franchisees and their staff
- Renewal and end of term activities for franchisees
- Transferring of staff between roles and franchisee
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for RAMS, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of these reports at all times
- Maintain and update records, documents and data sources owned and managed by Franchise Operations team
- Provide exceptional support to the Franchise Network and internal RAMS teams through the timely and accurate response to all enquiries in the shared mailboxes managed by this team
