**The role**:
You will pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels. This role also focuses on full portfolio management via working closely with existing customers and acquisition of new customers

**In this Franchise Banking Manager role, you will**:

- Manage portfolio of customers with business footings up to $1 million and personal lending of $4m
- Identify new business and referral opportunities and establish, develop and utilise networks of internal and external contacts to aid achievement targets

**What will you bring**:

- Experience in Sales/ Business lending (preferably, but not essential with exposure to Franchise clients)
- Problem solving, critical thinking and negotiation skills
- Strong customer and relationship management
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally.
