We’re looking for a **Franchising & Leasing Administrator** to support our expansion across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Franchising ANZ, this role will play an integral part in administering key functions of our franchise and leasing processes. **What You’ll Do**:

- Drive Compliance & Excellence: Ensure accuracy in franchise and leasing documentation to meet franchise code standards and annual audits.
- Support Franchise Administration: Manage franchise and compliance documentation, renewal lifecycle and invoicing, partnering with internal teams to deliver smooth franchise operations.
- Leasing Coordination: Facilitate all lease-related tasks from negotiation through execution, ensuring new and renewing locations meet handover/trade dates.
- Onboarding New & Refranchised Clinics: Oversee critical tasks to launch new and refranchised clinics, including account setup and financial management, ensuring timelines are met for a smooth franchisee onboarding experience.
- Generate Key Reports: Provide data-driven insights with reports like competitor analysis, rent-to-revenue evaluations, and weekly renewal and property updates.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with property agents, landlords, and internal teams to align with business goals and drive our clinic’s success.

**We’d Feel WOW if You Have**:

- 5+ years’ experience in franchising, leasing, or a similar administrative role within a retail or franchise environment.
- High attention to detail and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Legal and Compliance Awareness in managing franchise and lease documentation.
