The Building & Construction customer stream delivers commercial and industrial building, fit-outs and maintenance projects. Our Commercial building team delivers projects ranging from $1m - $30m.

**Due to growth across our group, we are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Estimating team in our Building and Construction Customer Stream.**:
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your primary responsibility is to support the group with all tender submissions.

**About the role**:
This will include, but is not limited to:

- Review RFT, RFP and RFQ documentation to determine requirements in the planning of tenders
- Assist with cost estimating and preparation of all relating tender documents
- Compilation of documents for the submission of detailed bids
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other key stakeholders as required
- Competence in InDesign (or similar) and Adobe programs
- Competence in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Demonstrated experience working in construction or similar industry in a similar role
- Proficient use of InDesign (or similar) and Abode programs
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook (Intermediate/Advanced level)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fixed tender deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Social media marketing experience will be preferred
