This is an exciting opportunity to join a global construction, property, and management consultancy here, in Adelaide as a Communications and Bid Writer.

You will be involved in the design and production of high-quality communication materials as part of the bid submission process and will provide support for all marketing and communications activities. This position will focus on formulating bid presentations, evaluating initial enquiry with the estimating team, collating information, tracking and managing the process until submission.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparation of bid submissions and tender responses, including gathering information from internal stakeholders, preparing responses to client questions, and finalising bid documents
- Format all individual components that create bid submissions (organisation charts, curriculum vitae, project information, templates, imagery, diagrams, covers and divider design, text-driven pages, tables and flow charts).
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure that bid proposals align with project scope and budget and are delivered by the prescribed deadline
- Assist with general administration and the design management process including coordination of consultants and document control
- Create professional marketing presentations and documentation complying with corporate identity/branding protocols.
- Ensuring that bid submissions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures and that all necessary approvals are obtained.

**Requirements**:

- 2 +years of experience in a bid writer/coordinator role within the engineering or construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and information
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Indesign and Canva
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- A positive and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing or Graphics a related field is desirable.

As the successful applicant you will be a self-starter with a proactive and positive approach to work. You will be self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, show initiative and be committed to excellence in the design and production of high-quality communication materials. You will have high level verbal and written communication with the ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
