About the Bid Coordinator
You'll play a key role in supporting the Bid team to ensure the bid process runs smoothly, collaboratively, and in alignment with strategic goals. You'll coordinate the end-to-end submissions by aligning stakeholders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
You'll also contribute to bid writing when needed, helping craft clear, compelling content that meets client expectations. Beyond bids, you'll support the broader Growth Team, including the including Growth Principal, and Business Development Managers, by tracking pipeline activity, enabling visibility of opportunities, and ensuring readiness for upcoming bids.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing bid timelines and submission schedules.
- Coordinate input from diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Ensure all bids comply with submission requirements.
- Maintain bid documentation and CRM systems.
- Contribute to bid writing and content development where required.
What You'll Bring
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Clear and confident communication style.
- A detail-oriented and deadline-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with tender portals and bid tracking tools.
- Experience in bid coordination or a similar role, ideally in software, technology, or defence.
- Understanding of government tendering processes, including ASDEFCON templates.

Qualifications
