**The Role**

An exciting newly formed opportunity has arisen for a Site Services Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all Toro properties (9 Sites), including maintenance, development, and construction activities associated with Toro premises. Also including involvement in lease management and related legal matters.

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing and managing internal procedures for property management, site services
- Oversea site security systems and contractors
- Oversees activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliers; Monitors contracts for compliance and controls costs
- Solicits bids for maintenance contractors and construction projects, and participates in the selection of contractors
- Determines furniture, interior decoration, and signage needs of Toro sites, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and ensures appropriate and timely installation
- Assists in facility space planning; provide advice on the placement of physical resources
- Liase with the WHS specialist regarding new sites and renovations to existing sites
- Maintains sites compliance with environmental, OHS and security regulations and Toro standards

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of all federal, state, and local codes and ordinances pertinent to facilities planning, construction, maintenance and OHS (desirable)
- Effective organisational, project management and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures
- Ability to develop bid specifications and evaluate bids from contractors
- Ability to coordinate and/or supervise independent contractors
- Interstate travel will be required
