About the Role
We're seeking a proactive and collaborative Bid and Project Advisor to be part of our local SA office.
Primarily supporting with bid preparation, proposal management, and knowledge systems development. You will also support company-wide bids and special projects across a wide range of priority sectors and technical services.
You'll work closely with national and regional stakeholders and play a key role in shaping and delivering compelling client-facing documents that reflect Lucid's brand and value proposition.
Your role will be working with national clients and marketing team and will contribute to and support broader company bids based on priority importance and capacity.
You will collaborate with the national bid manager on the continuous improvement of our project case studies, submission library, value proposition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end bid and proposal submissions, including EOIs and shortlisted presentations.
 - Facilitate go/no-go discussions, bid workshops, and win strategy sessions.
 - Develop and maintain submission libraries, case studies, and proposal templates.
 - Track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and coordinate content contributions.
 - Maintain Lucid's proposal register and CRM administration.
 - Ensure all proposals are professionally formatted, compliant with brand guidelines, and incorporate key themes.
 - Support preparation of shortlisted presentations and pitch rehearsals.
 - Coordinate debriefs (win/loss) and share insights to drive continuous improvement.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have the following attributes:
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
 - High attention to detail in writing, editing, formatting and proofing.
 - Strong Microsoft Office applications
 - Experience with online bid portal management and file version control.
 - Confidence liaising with diverse internal stakeholders and contributors.
 - A flexible, team-first approach with a learner mindset.
 - Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
