Our regional Contact Centre, located on Queen Street in Campbelltown, is currently seeking** a casual Contact Centre Agent**to join the team.**

This role is casual on an as needs basis, working week days, with shifts between **7:15am - 5:15pm**.

Role Overview:
As a **Contact Centre Agent**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients in a fast-paced environment where every day offers new challenges. You'll be part of a positive, supportive team culture and be instrumental in supporting the team by covering leave and absence, with an exciting chance to develop your skills while making a real impact

Your responsibilities will include
- Answering phone calls for bookings for the Greater Western Sydney region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to book appointments and manage call flow.

Confidence multitasking across screens and systems in a fast-paced environment.

A strong background in customer service or call centre.

Availability to cover leave as needed.

Prior experience in medical reception is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training in radiology and our systems will be provided.
