**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Contact Centre agents to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee workforce planning, resourcing, and roster adherence to ensure service level targets are achieved.
- **Customer Service Leadership**: Drive a culture of service excellence by ensuring high-quality interactions that uphold I-MED's brand promise.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Provide recommendations to improve processes and contribute to team engagement and culture.
**What You'll Need**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor/team leader in a contact centre or 2 years as a 2IC, ideally in healthcare and contact centres.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire others to achieve results.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
