Campbelltown, Australia I-MED Full time

Our busy clinics in the Greater Western Sydney region are looking for a Contact Centre agent to join their newly created team based in Campbelltown on a 12 month fixed term contract, starting in September.
You will be required to be available for 7.6 hour shifts between the times of 7:15AM to 5:15PM, Monday to Friday.
**What will you be doing**:

- Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
- Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
- Building relationships with clerical and technical staff, referrers, and radiologists.

**What we're looking for**:
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service background.
Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
Have patience and empathy to alleviate medical concerns for patients
Prior experience in a contact centre is preferred but isn't essential, as you will receive supportive training to learn our systems and build a foundation of radiology knowledge. We recommend learning more about what we do here.
