Successful applicants will need to undertake a Police Check prior to training.

Training Dates:

· 1 week training from Monday 3rd November.

· All applications will need to be finalised by 28th October so be sure to apply right away

What we offer:

· Attractive hourly rate of $33.38 per hour

· 100% remote working role from your home office

· Full training and ongoing support from an experienced and supportive team

· Ongoing support so you feel successful in all your customer interactions

What you need:

· To be based in Australia

· Available to work at least 20 hours per week across a range of shifts between 9am-7pm.

· Strong computer skills and confidence in working across multiple programs & platforms at any given time

· A reliable ADSL, NBN or cable internet connection

· Windows PC with Windows 11 or above

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· A dedicated home office space away from distractions

· USB noise cancelling headset with microphone

· Google Chrome installed on your PC

Working Times:

We are looking for a range of shift coverage between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday with hours available during our peak periods.

Training:

Successful applicants will be provided with paid training for this role using our client's advanced software systems in the comfort of your own home. You'll need to make yourself available for the training dates and times which takes place over five business days.
