I-MED Radiology Network is delighted to announce an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled Contact Centre Team Leader to lead our team of Contact Centre Agents based in Campbelltown. This dynamic role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a busy, yet supportive inbound contact centre.
As the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving our business objectives. Operating hours are from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility of rotating rosters.

The Role
As the team leader, you'll lead a team of up to 15 agents, ensuring they provide outstanding customer service and patient care. Your guidance and coaching will empower them to achieve new levels of performance. Together, we'll celebrate victories and successes as a fun and dedicated team
About You
If you are passionate about delivering excellence in healthcare services and possess at least 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a high-volume contact centre environment, we want to hear from you Show us your skills in building valuable relationships with stakeholders and handling complex enquiries. Those with 1- 2 years Team Leader experience are highly encouraged to apply.
How do you apply?
Due to training requirements and on the job support, and to ensure you have enough contact time to master your role, we prefer that you have no planned extended leave for the first 3 months in the role.
