Welcome in the New Year with a new job at the I-MED Contact Centre
We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of the I-Med Contact Centre Team at our Campbelltown NSW office starting in January. As part of the National Contact Centre team, you will play a crucial role in helping people with booking in for medical scans, supporting them through their medical journey.
The Contact Centre working hours are from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Your shift will be scheduled between these hours.

- Effective communication skills, both in speaking and listening
- Patience and an aspiration to help people in varying medical situations
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and multi-task between different systems while actively listening
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Call Centre experience is preferred but not essential
- As a team player, you will be determined to succeed in achieving your KPI's and your strong work ethic will be highly valued.
- Value regular feedback as a vital part of your development
- Adaptability to evolving changes in workflow
