Our client is a highly respected Charity Organisation and they are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant who will be responsible for providing high level assistance to General Managers across the Client Services area.

As the selected Executive Assistant, you're someone who enjoys working for an organisation that has purpose and impact. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role supporting senior executives. Your communication skills both written and verbal will be effortless and the passion for perfection will exude at interview. You will display high levels of emotional intelligence and provide a trusted and high-level service on behalf of four General Managers.

You're a self-motivated individual who works well autonomously whilst having the ability to show initiative and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. Experience in a not-for-profit environment would be advantageous. Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint in particular), Outlook and TEAMS is essential.

Primarily you will be responsible for:

- Acting as the point of contact between the General Managers and internal or external colleagues
- Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Handling correspondence directed to managers
- Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
- Preparing meeting agenda, taking and distributing minutes, and tracking actions
- Producing reports and presentations
- Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems
