Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinator

We seek an Administration and Marketing Coordinator to provide professional organisational support for the general day-to-day coordination of the Riverside Marine Headquarters, acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and assisting with managing our social media, basic graphic design and administrative support.
**Role Description**:
- Reception duties include being the first point of contact for clients, building relationships with our clients, and managing calls.
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
- Work with our business development team on creating and tracking marketing campaigns.
- Update our social media pages, website and advertising.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Office management - Monitor and coordinate office supplies and staff amenities.
- Social media management - Updating and monitoring our websites and various social media platforms.
- Reception duties - Answering and directing incoming calls and attending to customer enquiries, both internal and external. Meeting and greeting visitors, offering and preparing refreshments.
- Office presentation, monitor cleanliness and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
- Event management - Coordinate functions and board meetings and provide hospitality service (i.e. catering, food & beverage service etc).
- Travel management - Book and coordinate executive travel and manage travel profiles with an external provider.
- Safety management - Assist in maintaining and promoting a safety culture throughout the office.
- Booking and tracking couriers.
- Induction of new staff, contractors and visitors.
- Administration needs, as requested by other team members.
**To be successful in this role you will**:
- High level of literacy and communication skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Experience in social media (LinkedIn, Website), digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, would be preferred.
- Demonstrate a good level of general computer skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly.
- Work well as part of a team, as well as autonomously on a variety of tasks.
- Organisational skills and be proactive.
- Initiative and an eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to resolve problems independently and in a timely and efficient manner.
**Mandatory qualifications/experience required**
- Proven experience in social media (LinkedIn and Website maintenance), digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator favourable.
- Clean driver’s license.
- Certificate 3 in Administration or at least 3 years of administration experience.
