We're currently looking for a highly professionalOffice Administration Coordinator to support our Brisbane office in our South Bank location. The successful applicant will ensure daily duties are performed to a high standard and act as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.

This role is a permanent full- time position Mon-Fri 38 hours a week. Would suit someone who can quickly pick up tasks and enjoys working in a fast paced and diverse environment; this role is an integral part of a busy and successful team and requires an immediate start.

About the role

  • Support the team by coordinating office administration.
  • Support the executive team for various administration tasks when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere for clients and guests.
  • Operate the main switchboard and answer all incoming calls.
  • Coordinate couriers and take receipt of incoming deliveries.
  • Ordering of stationary, PPE and office supplies.
  • Maintain facilities ensuring areas are in good order, are kept clean and are well stocked.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are set up and maintained.
  • Assist the travel team with booking and coordinating travel for Ausenco personnel.

  • Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administration/reception-based role preferable.
