- Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley is a successful 4.5 star hotel comprising 200 guest rooms, restaurant/bar & conference facilities, situated in a bustling business district and at the gateway of the Dandenong Ranges_

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and execution of marketing strategies, social media, and ensuring our projects run smoothly and effectively. You will collaborate closely with various departments and assist in the creation of marketing materials to support business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, newsletters and social media posts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotions.
- Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to suggest new opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with a positive, proactive approach to problem-solving.
