About the role

Are you ready to take the wheel on customer loyalty and help steer an exciting business transformation? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who's proactive, people-focused, and passionate about delivering results.

This is a unique opportunity to join the
Auto Electrical Group
at a pivotal moment — as we rebrand and strengthen our position in the marketplace. You'll be hands-on in shaping our loyalty program, supporting marketing initiatives, and keeping our B2B platform fresh, competitive, and customer focused.

What you'll do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program.
  • Contribute to shaping the loyalty program's future strategy.
  • Execute marketing plans to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Support the rollout of our new business brand.
  • Assist the marketing team with campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Maintain and update the company website.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify wins and improvement opportunities.
  • Support stores with local area marketing needs.

About you

You're a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing your work drive real results. You'll ideally bring:

  • A qualification in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience in sales activation, marketing, or customer engagement (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Office 365 and strong Excel skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail — especially with numbers and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
