Global Center of Excellence Lead, Talent Acquisition

**Description**:
**Essential Functions**:
- Responsible for the development and management of the Center of Excellence (COE) for Talent Acquisition.
- Enables consultants and sales teams globally in all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
- Owns delivery excellence initiatives for the area of expertise.
- Delivers client projects as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.
- Owns the support of products across the Line of Business (LOB).
- Responsible for the development of offerings across the LOB.
- Creates and maintains tools & templates.
- Responsible for the development of the Synchrony People & Payroll solution for Talent Acquisition.
- Responsible for Rizing’s approach to release management for Talent Acquisition.
- Collaborates closely with project managers to optimize project success and profitability.
- Designs and hosts knowledge-sharing sessions related to the COE area.
- Contributes to software implementation standards and best practices.
- Mentors and coaches consultants on projects and implementations.
- Completes and maintains all necessary paperwork, timesheets, expenses, etc.
**Essential Functions (Continued)**:
- Maintains certifications & relevant qualifications for the team globally in the COE area.
- Sales support in the domain expertise.
- Participates in internal project work as required.
- Contributes to Methodology discussions/reviews.
- Delivers thought leadership by sharing expertise through blogs, webinars, etc.
- Contributes to training initiatives.
- Contributes to customer-facing training materials/documentation.
- Improves competitiveness and cost optimization while driving innovation.
- Forms links and encourages collaboration across the lines of business to enable business objectives.
- Measures performance through training, research, and extensive knowledge sharing in Talent Acquisition globally.
- Develops relationships with SAP, specifically their global product team for Talent.
- Involved in marketing activities such as the development of whitepapers, blogs, leading webinars, and event presentations
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant experience in Professional Services firm as a consultant.
- Multiple relevant SuccessFactors certifications with at least one Talent Acquisition module at a Professional Certification level.
- Strong experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant.
- Strong experience in HR business experience or familiarity with key Human Resource functions and concepts.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Employee Central Certification (Associate level).
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:
- Expert in various SuccessFactors modules and SAP software to a Professionally Certified level.
- Ability to build personal relationships with clients and peers by inspiring and motivating others.
- Analytical and solutions-oriented; Ability to solve complex problems, provides detailed insight and constructive criticism into problems/complex situations.
- Strong presentation skills and meeting facilitation; displays confidence and poise in formal speaking situations; creates effective and compelling presentations while keeping meetings clearly focused on the agenda.
- Excellent written and oral communication; attentively listens and shares knowledge/expertise.
- Strong thought leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and management skills, with self-management of multiple tasks and deliverables.
- Advanced MS Office to include Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

- Works within a professional office and/or remote environment.
- Works in a global setting, requiring domestic and international travel, and working outside of regular business hours to accommodate stakeholders in multiple time zones.
