If you want to work within a well-known, global business within the retail sector who are based in Sydney-West with a state-of-the-art office space and facilities, we have a great opportunity for you We are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage/support the end-to-end recruitment for their Australian operations.

**The Role**

Reporting to the P&C Head of HR, this role offers a blend of operational and strategic work, with key responsibilities including:

- Managing the end-end recruitment for roles within their dedicated division
- Utilising various recruitment tools to proactively source, attract, engage with and pipeline talent
- Drafting and reviewing job descriptions and partnering with hiring managers to establish recruitment needs
- Partnering with leaders on developing effective recruitment strategies, providing recommendations and insights
- Sourcing and screening talent through a range of channels
- Reporting on recruitment metrics, competitor analysis and market research
- Assisting with interviews and supporting hiring managers with the selection process

**The Individual**

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in end-end recruitment and be able to partner with a variety of stakeholders.
