**The Role**

We have an opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to lead our recruitment function as a Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the Director of Retail Operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone currently in a senior TA role seeking to step up or an experienced TA manager seeking to join a larger, global and expanding organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and improve talent acquisition policies, procedures and processes,
- Support development of talent pipeline through strategic networking,
- Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns to grow talent communities and workplace profile (inc. social media content),
- Administer our applicant tracking system powered by LiveHire,
- Develop non-standard reporting and analysis of recruitment activities,
- Liaise with recruitment agencies.

**Selection Criteria**
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant,
- Experience administering an applicant tacking system and training others to use an ATS,
- Strong leadership, mentoring and positive influencing skills,
- Ability to identify and manage stakeholder needs and expectations,
- Strong time management and organizational skills,
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to change.
