**What You Will Be Doing**
- As Volume TA Lead, you will be based in our beautiful Sydney Head Office in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will be reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working in a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruitment Marketing Specialist. You will be joining a high performing team who support each other, embrace opportunities for growth & innovation and have fun whilst they are doing it

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Working closely with hiring managers to understand their volume & geographical requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling face to face interviews with hiring managers
- Providing guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices
- Using different technologies, for example Spark Hire, to maximise efficiency
- Staying abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarking, and changes in the business landscape

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**
- To be successful in this role, you will be experienced in Talent Acquisition and high-volume recruitment. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised as you juggle multiple roles in different locations as well as create great relationships with hiring managers.

**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition within the volume space
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Ability to build relationships and network effectively, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in your recruitment approach
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- The ability to problem solve and think outside the box with creative recruitment strategies
- Experience using HR/Recruitment systems
