About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide a pivotal role in the operational leadership and development of corporate and administrative services across the various Community and Oral Health facilities to ensure effective coordination of facility support services.
About you
- Actively work to ensure that the interests of Community and Oral Health patients, their families and the community served are the main considerations in operational decision making.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide effective leadership working across Community and Oral Health and the HHS in multi-disciplinary programs, streams and diverse work units.
- Assist to manage the day-to-day operations and long-term planning for Community and Oral Health services, through effective leadership and management of the Facility Managers.
- Represent Community and Oral Health in negotiations with other Metro North facilities, streams and diverse work units.
- Establish and effectively maintain collaborative business relationships and partnerships with the HHS and more broadly, to ensure that corporate services activities are integrated, productive and opportunities to leverage and share are fully exploited.
