Based in Seven Hills, you will develop customer relationships by continually improving the level of service with Customers, liaising with Technicians and admin responsibilities including;
- Creating quotes
- Processing parts requests
- Invoicing
- Resolving service related enquiries
- Planning and coordinating service delivery
- Monitoring job submissions
- Communicating pricing and quotes
- Ensuring all job information is included in invoices
- Reporting
- Achieving KPI’s

To be successful in the role you will have;
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Customer focus and ability to develop rapport and build business relationships
- Strong Word & Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Service, Technical or Parts Administration experience is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
