We are currently looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join our People Culture Safety Team. This role would suit someone in a similar HR Coordinator function with 1 year of experience or a recent HR Graduate eager to kickstart their career in HR.

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, this is a true generalist role, with a focus on providing administrative and support duties to the whole People, Culture & Safety Team while gaining extensive experience in all facets of HR - whether that be talent acquisition, learning and development, safety, employee relations or payroll

**Responsibilities in the role will include (but not limited to)**:

- Being the first point of contact in the People, Culture & Safety team to our amazing employees, providing them excellent customer service with their enquiries and ensuring their voices are heard.
- Support talent acquisition by assisting in recruiting exceptional individuals who align with Motorserve’s values and mission.
- Coordinating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring our new and departing team members feel valued and supported.
- Collaborate with Safety and Learning & Development to support activities and initiatives.
- Work closely with Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Take charge of administrative duties including championing our HRIS platform, issuing HR documentation and reporting on all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Be the shining light of guidance and support, addressing HR-related questions and serving as a trusted resource for our team.

**About you**:

- A recent graduate in HR or a related field, OR have some experience in HR and want to build on and grow your skills
- A master of organisation, with an eye for detail, exceptional multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and accurate communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- A genuine people person, driven by a passion of helping and guiding others.
