**About the role**

As the Service Coordinator/Planner you will be someone that thrives in a fast paced customer service environment with the ability to multitask. In this role you will be responsible for the administration of inbound customer service requests and planned maintenance.

You are a highly motivated self-starter, professional in your approach with great communication skills.

Other responsibilities include:

- Successful resolution of customer enquiries relating to new or existing service requests
- Planning and communication of service requests to a team of field technicians and approved service agents
- Planning, scheduling and managing receipt and closure of service requests
- General office administration duties

**Skills & experience**
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and and experience in area based team diary management
- Experience with field service management software is highly desirable
