**Production Coordinator - Join a Purpose Driven Team**
**Location: Seven Hills**

**Kickstart your career in operations with impact.**
We’re seeking two motivated and people-focused **Production Coordinators** to join our growing team in Seven Hills. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who thrives on coordination, communication, and creating structure in a dynamic work environment. The shift times are either 7.30am to 3.36pm or 8am to 4.06pm

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes for a key client, while also supporting a team of supported employees to reach their daily employment goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our production floor running smoothly and with purpose.

- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing work, ensuring everything is tracked, processed, and delivered on time.
- Act as a key point of contact for our client, providing clear updates, handling queries, and ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
- Support and motivate our team of supported employees, promoting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.

**About you**:
You're a natural organiser with a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with people. Whether you're managing deadlines or solving unexpected challenges, you keep a cool head and a focus on solutions

You’ll bring:

- Experience in coordination, customer service, or operational roles, ideally in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- A proactive and inclusive approach to supporting people with disability
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Why join us?**
This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to make a meaningful difference every day. You’ll be part of a supportive team, develop hands-on leadership experience, and help build inclusive workplaces where everyone can thrive.
