**About the company**
Our client owns a suite of herbal, nutritional and complementary healthcare products that are some of the most innovative natural healthcare brands on the market supported by scientific and traditional evidence. The brands are distributed across multiple channels in ANZ and internationally.
**About the role**
Reporting to the National Business Manager this role manages a portfolio of smaller, important key accounts and groups within the retail Healthcare, Pharmacy and Grocery channels. The role enjoys autonomy in developing and implementing customer specific programs that drive sales carefully managing trade spend and customer profitability
**Responsibilities**
The responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver financial KPIs on accounts managed across sales, trade spend & profitabilit
- Ensure implementation of strategies for promotional programs, pricing and ranging for each customer/group
- Conduct category reviews / business reviews and new line presentations
- Provide accurate demand, sales forecast and spend information to the sales and operational planning processes
- Collaborate internally with support functions and key stakeholders to drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Deliver monthly performance reporting and ensure maintenance of key account plans
**Skills and experience**
- Exposure to and understanding of FMCG (Pharmacy/Grocery) healthcare sector
- Experience managing key accounts budgets, trade spend and other expenses
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Excellent rapport building and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as being a self-starter
- Degree qualifications in Business/Marketing
