Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
The National Account Manager represents the Edgewell Brands to the Metcash business, Third-party field force and other business network (Shaver Shop, Reject Shop, Distributors). Whilst delivering business performance in line with budget and market share expectations
**Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to**:
- Deliver against invoiced sales, deflator, net sales and margin budgets for Metcash National and the Other business network
- Deliver against set market share objectives
- Responsible for Sales forecasting and Deflator management
- Coordinate and plan National Metcash promotional program and State based promotional programs
- Own, plan and coordinate Metcash national reviews including the MSO network (Drakes, Ritchies etc)
- Ownership of the planning, communication, and delivery of the Metcash information Roadshows
- Build and maintain a successful partnership with Third Party field resource and Metcash Head Office
- Overall accountability of National Field Activation in the National Metcash business
- Accountable for the Metcash third party field force budget
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Cosmetics industry. In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
- Experienced account manager ideally with major retailer or Metcash account management experience
- Experience or ability to manage sales trade spend and third party field budgets
- Experience of building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships including, third party field brokerage and Other businesses
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and manage issues
- Demonstrated success in managing 3rd party team’s
- Sales Account Management experience, ideally within FMCG
- Significant commercial experience in a commercial function involving negotiations e.g. Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Purchasing.
- Strong communication / presentation skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills are essential.
- Computer literate (essential) Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
