Clarrow is partnering with a multi-million-dollar FMCG company to assist in their growth plans to hire a National Account Manager based in Sydney.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Business Manager this role is responsible for driving growth within the convenience channel. This role has one direct report who you will work alongside you to drive growth but also the responsibility of coaching and developing this individual is on you.
- Develop portfolio plans and strategies around price, promotion, volume, and market share.
- Maximise profit and grow sales in new and existing accounts.
- Category review management and new line presentations.
- Work closely with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive and promotional analysis.
**About you**:
- Our client is looking for someone who has experience in a similar role within the grocery, convenience, or pharma space.
- Commercial acumen, communication skills, contract negotiation, and client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to promote through a variety of channels, social media, and business networks.
