We're seeking a Tele Interviewer to join our NSW team reporting to our Technical Underwriting Manager. This role is responsible for tele interviewing customers for their placement of life insurance risk and accurately capturing disclosures into the personal statement.

**Primary Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships to ClearView’s business partners and external stakeholders

**Secondary Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with New Business, Underwriting and Call Centre team
- Conduct Quality Check
- Any other ad hoc related matter as directed by Head of Service including updates to procedures

**Key Internal Relationships**:

- New Business, Policy Maintenance, Claims, Underwriting, Product, and Distribution

**Key External Relationships**:

- Financial Advises, Brokers and Retail Clients

**Qualifications required**:

- Proven experience in similar roles (preferably in Retail Life insurance industry) and demonstrated dedication to service excellence
- Working knowledge of relevant regulatory and legislative policy
