Tele Interviewer Consultant

Are you looking for your next role within the insurance space? This is the perfect role for you, we are currently working with a client seeking an experienced life insurance professional As a tele interviewer consultant you will be completing interview applications over the phone while showcasing your excellent customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and advisors.

Your new role

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver high levels of customer service during tele interviews with customers
  • Ensure tele case completion within agreed service level agreements
  • Support the tele bookings consultant
  • Continuously look for new ways to improve the customer experience
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with team members, sharing knowledge and resources, and contributing to collective problem-solving efforts to achieve shared goals

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or experience as a medical professional
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Active listening skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to engage in active questioning
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
