You will collaborate closely with customers, advisers, underwriters, case managers, and most importantly, your team, to ensure that all relevant information is shared, and service levels and compliance requirements are met without compromising the customer experience or the accuracy of information captured.

- Proven success in a customer service or contact centre role in the life insurance industry is preferred.
- Background in nursing or another health-related field, with a strong understanding of medical terminology, is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport, develop relationships, and garner trust and confidence.
- Excellent time management skills, self-sufficient, and motivated.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology.
