The Tele Service Specialist role is responsible for conducting Tele Interviews and Tele Underwriting with Group members.

**_ Key responsibilities include:_**
- Record member dissatisfactions/complaints providing first call resolution where possible.
- Perform investigations to obtain the required information to resolve member issues
- Maintain adherence to established Customer practices and policies
- Produce high-quality, accurate and compliant work.

**Qualifications**
You may come from a similar role in the banking & finance industry, insurance or previously working with financial planners. You may have recently graduated from university, have been working in allied health and looking for a professional environment to launch your career.

**_ Skills we are looking for:_**
- Customer centric with excellent service skills and a friendly telephone manner
- Motivated and results driven; focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to positive outcomes for the team
- Display effective time management skills
- Medical Terminology or related health experience (desirable)
- Prior experience working in underwriting administration or tele-underwriting experience (desirable)
