**The Client**:**
Our client is a well-respected mutual, specialising in the retail life insurance sector. They have consistently surpassed targets by focusing on high-quality work rather than quantity. The business has experienced significant growth and is looking to add multiple experienced tele-interviewers to their team to maintain their high standards.

**The Role**:
This position will provide an experienced tele-interviewer with the autonomy and trust to deliver exceptional outcomes, while also offering cross-training across the underwriting function of the business. In addition, the role includes a strong relationship management component, working closely with advisors to provide valuable insights to underwriters.

**Day-to-Day Duties**:

- Conduct high-quality tele-interviews.
- Maintain compliance standards.
- Liaise with advisors and provide appropriate insights to underwriters.
- Previous tele-interview experience is essential.
- A strong knowledge of life insurance.
- Experience working with new business.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and manage stakeholders.
- A passion for the life insurance industry.
