Client Service Support Specialist

As one of our Client Service Specialist, you will work as part of a team to support client enquiries with a focus on managing invoicing requirements.

What are my accountabilities?- Responding to client service enquiries- Managing client invoicing- Working on special projects to assist the Account Management team- Using company systems to run reports for both internal and external stakeholders- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for clients- All round office support where needed

About you:
- Passion for customer service- Ideally some prior experience in admin or a call centre environment- Eagerness to learn new skills and build a career- Ability to work in our North Sydney office, close to the station and close to lots of great restaurants and bars
