About the role
As our Marketing & Communications Team Lead, you'll bring creative flair, a strategic mindset and strong people leadership to build our brand and support marketing initiatives – helping us grow our reach and impact across Australia.
What will you be doing?
Team Leadership:
- Manage two experienced Marketing & Communications Managers and a Coordinator.
- Align team objectives with TRP's Strategic Plan and drive performance to achieve goals.
- Oversee the project management of major marketing initiatives, including timelines, resources and ongoing monitoring.
- Support team campaign planning, execution and optimisation across B2B audiences (early years, schools, workplaces) and B2C (events and wellbeing resources).
- Coach and challenge team members, providing ongoing feedback to support their professional growth and performance.
- Foster a mentally healthy and engaged team culture.
Content & Creative Direction:
- Oversee branding, ensuring a consistent, cohesive and engaging brand experience across all campaigns, channels and assets.
- Guide the planning, execution and analysis of our organic and paid social media content across Meta, LinkedIn and Google.

- Jump in to develop content/assets in the Adobe Suite, Canva or CapCut and support campaign development when required.
Analytics & Insights:

- Use data to inform decisions, diving into CRMs and GA4 to segment audiences, spot trends and turn insights into action.
- Establish marketing KPIs and consistently monitor performance across campaigns and marketing channels. Consistently use insights to inform decision-making, jumping into our CRM or GA4 to the analytics and data to measure performance and optimise strategies.
