Super Cheap Fabrics is a fast-growing online and retail fabric store based in Melbourne, supplying customers across Australia and internationally. With a focus on affordable, high-quality textiles and an engaged creative community, we're looking to expand our in-house team with a dedicated e-commerce and marketing specialist.

The Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Marketing & Web Coordinator who will be responsible for managing our Shopify website and driving customer engagement through Klaviyo email marketing. This role blends technical skills with creativity, ensuring our online store looks professional, runs smoothly, and converts visitors into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise our Shopify store – product uploads, landing pages, navigation, theme updates, and site performance.

Plan, design, and execute email campaigns via Klaviyo – including flows, newsletters, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting.

Monitor and improve conversion rates, customer journeys, and UX.

Work closely with the Director and marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales events.

Ensure consistent brand identity across digital channels (Shopify, Klaviyo, socials).

Stay updated on Shopify apps, integrations, and Klaviyo best practices.

Analyse campaign and website performance to recommend actionable improvements.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience with Shopify (theme management, product setup, customisation, apps).

Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, deliverability, segmentation).

Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, CRO, and customer lifecycle management.

Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) and an eye for visual presentation.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor edits (preferred but not essential).

Excellent written communication skills.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
