Due to expansion of our Brisbane Pest operations, Rentokil, has an opportunity for an experienced operational leader to support the next phase in the growth of our business.

**The role**:

- Leading Pest Control teams across Brisbane to deliver a first class safety, operations and service culture.
- Implementing divisional strategies to achieve:

- Budgeted revenue and Portfolio growth
- Service delivery targets
- Customer contractual expectations
- Managing logistics, warehouse, and fleet responsibilities
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record in building a safety culture
- Strong operational principles, commercial acumen and experience managing logistics and scheduling systems
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement
- A Pest Control Management Licence would be highly regarded, although not essential
