**Role**

High level of Customer Service skills required to manage a small portfolio of clients. You will also be conducting all the Onboarding of Contractors and supporting the Operation's Team when required.
This is a highly autonomous role with you reporting directly to the General Manager. No two days will ever be the same. You will be based at our Head Office in Maroochydore and there will be travel required to Brisbane on a regular basis. The main purpose in this role will be to ensure all clients are receiving the highest level of service and that your team is delivering on the brand promise.

**About You**

You have strong leadership skills, are well presented, have strong time management skills are highly organised, you have a sharp eye for detail. You can build quick rapport with people from all walks of life. You have strong customer service skills. You are comfortable managing a team of cleaners.

Previous experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations
Strong commercial acumen
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

**Reward**
