If you are someone with Disability Services experience looking for something a little different then please get in touch Other key responsibilities will include: - Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities - Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met - Operating machinery and overseeing product quality - Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment **What you will bring to the role**: - Experience in a food handling and packaging environment would be highly valued. - You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient, ideally with some experience of disability services. - Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks and empower them to live their best lives - Physically fit due to the demands of the role - Excellent communication skills to ensure clear and concise information is presented to the team - Forklift ticket desirable - Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial **What can Endeavour Foundation offer you?** - Salary Packaging Benefits Package up to **$15,900 **of your annual salary tax free.
