Smile Partners are a renowned orthodontic group, partnering with specialist orthodontic practices across Australia and New Zealand. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Coordinator to join one of our growing practice's on the Sunshine Coast

About the Role

  • Lead and manage our team of clinical and administrative staff, fostering a high-performing and cohesive environment.
  • Coordinate the daily operations of the practice to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient use of the Orthodontist's time.
  • Manage and maintain the clinical schedule, patient records, and referral documentation.
  • Champion exceptional patient experience through proactive communication and support.
  • Uphold safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols.

About You

  • Fantastic team leader who can inspire and motivate others, fostering a cohesive team environment.
  • Strong background in the dental or orthodontic industry.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
  • Experience with dental monitoring would be highly advantageous
