We're looking for a driven Operations Assistant to join our growing team in the disability sector someone who thrives under pressure, loves variety, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As our Operations Assistant, you'll be at the heart of our business operations, supporting the Management team to ensure the seamless delivery of services across a 24/7 disability support environment.

This is a multi-faceted and highly rewarding role perfect for someone who likes to be challenged, stay busy, and play a pivotal part in a mission-driven organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive operational and administrative support to the management team
  • Assisting with coordinating and maintaining staff rosters and scheduling
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support as part of a rotating roster
  • Assist with invoicing, funding claims, and managing aged receivables
  • Oversee client intake processes and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with management and employees, fostering communication and engagement
  • Support compliance activities and ensure adherence to internal policies and NDIS requirements
  • Assist with the coordination and support internal events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and community partners
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and information management with a high level of accuracy

  • Willingness to work flexibly, including being available for on-call duties when required
