Stella Maris OSHC is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to lead our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Stella Maris OSHC, part of Catholic Early EdCare, is a vibrant 90-place service in Maroochydore. We provide exceptional out-of-school hours care in a nurturing, inclusive environment with strong ties to our co-located school.

As the Coordinator, you will lead day-to-day operations, develop educational programs, and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere for children, families, and school staff. You’ll be supported by an Assistant Coordinator and a Portfolio Manager.

**Hours**:38 hours per week, onsite, Monday to Friday, flexible work life balance with split shifts.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily operations of the OSHC service.
- Develop and implement engaging, educational programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve the best outcomes.
