**About the role**:
As a Learning and Development Coordinator within Customer Service at Unitywater, you’ll be at the heart of our teams success. You’ll create dynamic training frameworks and coordinate seamless administrative processes to ensure our learning programs are effective and run smoothly. In this exciting new role, every day brings the opportunity to inspire growth, collaboration and excellence within our team underpinned by enhanced customer and user experiences.

**About you**:
To contribute to Unitywater’s values of **Reliability**, **Safety**, **Honesty** **& Integrity**, **Efficiency**, **One Team**, and **Innovation**, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role:

- Certificate II in Business Administrator or related field.
- 3 + years (ideally) in Learning and Development.
- Strong administration skills, including report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in LMS and data analysis.
- Composed and positive in challenging situations.
- Team player, adaptable and collaborative.
