Fantastic Art International Pty Ltd is Australia’s leading online art gallery specialising in framing services including installation. With rapid expansion and a presence across three States we now seek a full-time (38hr/wk) experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to plan, organise, direct and coordinate the sales and marketing activities within our Company working from our Head Office in Alexandria.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of sales objectives for retention of our existing client base
- Analysing sales results vs sales forecasts and implementing the creative strategy for a retention plan
- Setting Sales targets for each division of the company including online stores, showrooms and framing division
- Developing marketing plans aimed at retention of new clients
- Initiating and performing market research and analysis for expansion and opening of new showrooms in WA and expansion to new locations in VIC, NSW and QLD
- Planning, developing and implementing sales promotional strategies to create new opportunities
- Promoting the sales strategies of the Company and training subordinate staff in regard to these
- Supervising and executing sales promotional activities
- Undertaking market research to ascertain the focus of sales promotions and redirecting accordingly
- Analysing and reporting on current and future trends within the Australian market
- Managing negotiation process with all potential clients, and the companies supplying services and products.
- Creating Brand Awareness and brand loyalty for Fantastic Art
- Marketing and promotion of the products through company presentations, and marketing events and Exhibitions
- Preparing and submitting sales forecasts and sales results to the Managing Director
- Chairing weekly sales meetings with Retail Managers to discuss current and future sales approaches
- Reporting all sales promotional activities to senior management

Skills and attributes required:

- Bachelor degree and two years experience or at least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales and marketing role
- Superior communication and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
